“Prakash” or illumination is a simple de-stressing five-minute meditation practice that walks one gently into breath awareness.

This technique proceeds to slowly transcend from the breath into a shimmer of light that travels through the body, warming the mind, body, and soul. The meditation practice leaves one feeling safe, comforted, and relaxed.
