“Prakash” or Illumination is a simple de-stressing five-minute meditation that walks one gently into breath awareness, and then slowly transcends from the breath into a shimmer of light that travels through the body warming the mind, body, and soul.  It leaves one feeling safe, comforted, and relaxed.
